The operator must be trained before taking up the post and must be familiar with the operation method of different rotary slitting machinery and the performance of equipment and general maintenance methods. Personnel other than this type of work shall not operate at will. Do a good job of labor protection before starting the machine, and prepare some auxiliary tools and materials for operation (tool adjustment tool, carton required for operation, paper tube, paper cutter, tape, etc.) and put it in the proper position of the machine. Ensure that the voltage, current and hydraulic equivalents are correct and stable before opening the rotary slitting machinery. Before the equipment is ready to run, all personnel must notify the departure device to ensure personal safety before starting the operation. When the rotary slitting machinery is running, it is forbidden to touch the running film roll or the roll core by hand to avoid personal injury caused by the hand being caught.
Adjusting the knife: Adjust the exact cutting distance according to the operation requirements, pay attention to the direction of the cutting edge. If necessary, remove the bottom knife and re-arrange the knife. The knife has a gap or is not sharp enough to be repaired and replaced.
