Raloyal 2023 Annual Summary

Time flies. 2023 has come to an end unknowingly. Last week, Raloyal Machinery held a year-end summary and annual meeting, drawing an end to 2023.
At the celebration, each department took the stage to announce the past year's situation and new year's plans.

Firstly, Manager Wei of the Manufacturing Department mainly elaborated on the machine manufacturing, production and sales situation in 2023, indicating that there were deficiencies in the past year, such as shipment delays of more than two months and delivery delays for a long time.He also stated that in 2024,Raloyal will make sure innovation, mins the convert time and boost the capacity with new factory workshop to achieve large-scale production. Standard models will be delivered within 35 days, customized models will be shipped within 60 days, and personnel will be optimized.He also emphasized improving management level, providing the sales department with the greatest support, and the delivery on-time rate reaching more than 95%.

In the applause, Manager Wei ended his summary. Following was Manager Sun from the R&D department. This year, under the leadership of Manager Sun, raloyal has made many innovations, such as HCT4-1300/1600 Four -Axis Non-Stop Turret Slitting Rewinding Machine and Overhead path HCS4-1300/1600 Four-Axis Non-stop Turret Slitting Rewinding Machine. The new technology we officially exhibited at the Shanghai LABELEXPO ASIA 2023 and received many inquiries. So far One HCT4 Turret Slitting Machine and one HCS4 Overhead path Turret Slitting Machine were sold in China. One HCS4 Overhead path Turret Slitting Machine was sold in Turkey. And in January we are in detailed discussion with a Korean customer, expected the cooperation was officially reached in February.
Manager Sun said that we have made many innovations in 2023, but this was not the end. We must always keep upgrading product technology as the basic goal and continue to work hard. In 2024, we will usher in more product innovations and need to increase investment in research and development. Promoting the research and development of fully automated production lines to ensure fully automatic production without human operation.

Next was Manager Li from the sales department. Manager Li first summarized the past year’s work. She said that everyone had worked hard in the past year and we had accomplished our goals very well. Sales increased by 74.44% compared to the previous year. She thanked all team members for their efforts. In terms of marketing promotion, we have participated in multiple exhibitions including LABELEXPO ASIA 2023, FILM & TAPE EXPO 2023, LABELEXPO EUROPE 2023, Shanghai International Tape & Film Expo,PRINT CHINA 2023. And stated that there are still deficiencies in production and delivery, and we still cannot slack off.
Finally, the new plan for 2024 was elaborated. The first is the setting of new goals for 2024, and announced plans to participate in exhibitions. We will participate in at least two exhibitions in China and the LABELEXPO in Chicago. She believed that in 2024 each with the efforts of the team and the support of old customers, Raloyal will definitely be able to achieve new goals. After the plan was announced, Manager Li stated that every sale should take integrity as their absolute stance, face every customer with a positive attitude, handle everything seriously, and receive every customer with gratitude and altruism.
