Foam + 4 sides paper board + stretch film packing as the outer layer.
The machine bottom will use wooden pallet fixing.
After the machine is loaded in the container, we will fix it by the safety belt to strengthen it tightly. This assures the machine is safe soundly during the transport.
The Raloyal team who is in charge of the machine loading, should fill in the inspection files to ensure each item meets demand.
After Delivery, Raloyal will provide customers:

Manual
Material feeding diagram
Electric and air diagram
Machine layout in JPEG format
Creates a WeChat group, if the customer operator faces any questions about the operation, they can leave a message, and our service technician will reply.
If the customer needs, Raloyal will dispatch a service technician to the customer's factory for the machine running and training.
