(2) When the release force of the self-adhesive material is too low, and the winding route of the die-cutting machine is long, the self-adhesive material will be repeatedly deformed on the paper guide roller, and the label will eventually fall off.
Solution: Shorten the distance of waste discharge on the die-cutting machine as much as possible to prevent the labels from loosening on the backing paper, so that the labels after die cutting can be rolled up as soon as possible.
