Fourth, it is maintenance work. Regular and irregular inspections of the rotating parts are required (especially for consumable parts to be monitored in real time). Regular adjustments are made, the commutators are changed regularly, and detailed records are made to achieve the purpose of extending the service life of the equipment.
Fifth, it is necessary to improve the technical quality and degree of the personnel who operate the rewind slitter. Regarding the local operation of the control, it is necessary to be taken over by a special person, and no one is allowed to operate it without any consent.
