The underfeed rewinding machine feeds the sheet from the bottom of the reeling machine table, so that the sheet can be wrapped around a certain backup roll and then rolled on the roll for curling. The sheet can be lowered from the reeling roll, passed through the underfeed paper reeling roll, and then the sheet can be wrapped around the front backup roll or the rear backup roll through the fixed position longitudinal cutting mechanism, and then rolled on the reeling shaft.
In the rewinding process, the paper sheet is drawn to the backup roll by the tension formed by the rewinding roll. The steadily increasing paper roll is stabilized by the tension, and the rewind machine can guarantee the quality of the paper roll at high speed. The down-drawing rewinder can also control the pressure of the finished paper roll and the quality of the paper roll by controlling the difference of the transmission torque between the two supporting rolls and the pressure adjustment between the press roll and the paper roll.
